Christine Mellon

As Chief Administrative and People Officer, Christine Mellon oversees Omnicell’s Quality, Corporate Responsibility, People, Internal Communications, and Real Estate functions. She is responsible for providing strategic and operational direction in support of critical business initiatives. Prior to Omnicell, Ms. Mellon was SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer for CSG, where she led efforts to achieve significant culture transformation. In her earlier career, Ms. Mellon held senior leadership roles in sales, operations and human resources across multiple industries, including pharmaceuticals, technology and professional services. She is a recognized speaker, thought leader and contributor to multiple professional publications. Ms. Mellon holds a BA in Psychology from Villanova University and attended Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis’ graduate program in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
