Nnamdi Njoku

President and Chief Operating Officer

Nnamdi Njoku serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Omnicell, a role he assumed in July 2026. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer from October 2024 until his appointment. Mr. Njoku is responsible for the Company’s long-term growth strategy, innovation roadmap, and global operations, overseeing functions spanning Customer Experience, R&D, Human Resources, Transformation, Product, Innovation, IT, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Sales and Marketing, and the Company’s Consumables, EnlivenHealth, and Specialty Pharmacy and 340B businesses, among others.

Mr. Njoku brings more than 25 years of healthcare and medical technology leadership to the role. Prior to Omnicell, he served as President of Sports Medicine, Surgical, Upper Extremities and Restorative Therapies at Zimmer Biomet Holdings. Before that, he spent more than 18 years at Medtronic plc in executive roles of increasing responsibility, most recently as Senior Vice President and President of the Neuromodulation Operating Unit, an approximately $2 billion business. He has also held operational roles at UnitedHealth Group and Deloitte Consulting.

Mr. Njoku holds an MBA from Cornell University and a BA in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas. He is a Fellow of the Aspen Institute’s Health Innovators Fellowship and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
