Perry Genova

Perry A. Genova, PhD, joined Omnicell in March 2025 as Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer. As CTO, he leads Omnicell’s vision to transform medication and supply management through cutting-edge technology and innovation and helps make Omnicell an indispensable connected solutions provider for our customers. Dr. Genova brings an entrepreneurial mindset and customer service focus to build trust and collaboration among strategic partners and internal and external stakeholders. He is a thought leader with an extensive background delivering innovation, growth, and value as Senior Vice President of Research and Development at EndoQuest Robotics and Titan Medical USA, President and CEO at Centauri Robotic Surgical Systems and Oncoscope, and Vice President at GlaxoSmithKline and Kos Pharmaceuticals. He holds BS, MS, and PhD engineering degrees, all from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as 58 issued U.S. patents spanning a wide spectrum of medical and consumer technologies.
