Michael McNeil

Michael McNeil serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Information Security Officer at Omnicell, where he leads the company’s global information, product, and operational technology security strategy and enterprise-wide security governance. In this role, he is responsible for embedding security across the organization and advancing a security-first culture that supports innovation and risk management. He brings extensive cybersecurity experience across the healthcare industry, including senior leadership roles at McKesson, Philips, and Medtronic. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Global Chief Information Security Officer at McKesson, where he led enterprise cybersecurity strategy and governance and partnered with executive leadership and the board on risk and compliance.
