Dave Ford

Dave Ford joined Omnicell in December 2025. As Senior Vice President, Chief People Officer, he is responsible for the overall vision and organizational design for Omnicell’s global Human Resources (HR) and People Strategy, Organizational Development, Compensation/Payroll/Benefits, and Global Internal Communications functions. Mr. Ford is a seasoned global human resources executive with deep expertise in organizational transformation, talent strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and business divestitures for high-growth companies. Prior to joining Omnicell, he served in senior HR roles at Prothena Biosciences, Intercept Pharmaceuticals, Sanofi, and the New Zealand Dairy Board (now Fonterra) where he drove large-scale integrations and global organizational expansions, cultural transformation, and leadership talent development. Mr. Ford holds an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France, and serves on the Board of Trustees for P.G. Chambers School in Cedar Knolls, New Jersey.
