For Customers contracting with an Omnicell entity in the United States

To the extent any of the below third-party solutions is made available as part of the Delivered Product or Omnicell Solution, the following terms will apply:

• Follett
  • Applicable to agreements entered into March 25, 2025 or later
• Hamni – JVM:
  • Applicable to agreements entered into March 23, 2026 or later
• ControlCheck (f/k/a Bluesight for Controlled Substances):
  • Applicable to agreements entered into August 24, 2022 to present
  • Applicable to agreements entered into between September 14, 2020 to August 23, 2022
