Tomer Stavitsky joined Omnicell in October 2025 as Senior Vice President and Chief Corporate Development Officer (CCDO). As CCDO, he leads the company’s corporate development and M&A strategy – building a best-in-class M&A function, and identifying and executing strategic opportunities that drive innovation, expand market presence, and enhance competitive advantage. With more than 15 years of experience in corporate development, strategy, and execution across leading healthcare and MedTech organizations including Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Intuitive Surgical, ConvaTec, and Allurion Technologies, Mr. Stavitsky brings to Omnicell a proven track record of transformative deals. Notable achievements include evaluating more than 100 investment, M&A and technology partnership opportunities spanning AI and machine learning, digital health, advanced imaging, robotics, telehealth and data analytics, and executing over 30 deals, including the $50M acquisition of Orpheus Medical, which led to the establishment of Intuitive Surgical’s AI development center in Israel. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from The College of Management Academic Studies, and an MBA in Corporate Finance & Entrepreneurship from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
