Stella Prefach serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Omnicell, leading global marketing strategy and brand transformation initiatives. With a proven track record in driving measurable growth and building high-performing teams, Ms. Prefach brings deep expertise in marketing leadership and business transformation. Before joining Omnicell in 2025, she served as global vice president, ecosystem marketing and communications at IBM, where she spearheaded high-impact programs across geographies, strengthened partner ecosystems, and delivered innovative campaigns that elevated brand presence worldwide. Ms. Prefach serves on the advisory council at the University of Texas at Austin. She earned a degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Master's in Business Administration and Information Technology Management from the University of Texas at Dallas.
