General Terms and Conditions of Purchase

For Vendors contracting with an Omnicell entity in the United States or Canada:

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of goods and/or services by Omnicell within the United States and Canada unless Omnicell and Vendor have executed an underlying agreement covering the purchase of goods and/or services by Omnicell from Vendor.

Omnicell may, in its sole discretion, make changes to these terms and conditions from time to time and when changes are made, Omnicell will make a copy of the new terms and conditions available on this website. Omnicell will also update the “Last Updated” date identified in these terms and conditions. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be immediately effective for any goods, products, and/or services purchased by Omnicell from Supplier after the “Last Updated” date.

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of goods and/or services by Omnicell outside of the United States and Canada unless Omnicell and Vendor have executed an underlying agreement covering the purchase of goods and/or services by Omnicell from Vendor.
