General code of conduct
By joining and using this community (the “Site”), you accept the terms of this Community Use Agreement (“Agreement”). If you choose to accept the Agreement, you accept it as presented here, without changes. Omnicell will accept no additions, deletions, or other revisions. At any time, Omnicell may change, add, or remove any part of this Agreement or any part of the services and features provided by this Site. If it does so, Omnicell will update the Agreement here and may also post such changes elsewhere. If these terms or any future changes are unacceptable to you, you should discontinue using the site. Your continued use of the Site will always indicate your acceptance of this agreement and any changes to it.
This Site’s community is there for everyone; however, we want to make sure that this community offers a positive experience for all visitors. Views expressed on the Site are not endorsed by Omnicell. Therefore, these terms have been established. Should there be any questions or issues, please let us know via email to support(at)gainsight.com.
Omnicell does not prescreen content, including but not limited to questions, statements, images, avatars and links, submitted by users of the Site ("Submissions"). Omnicell retains the right, but not the responsibility, to edit or remove any Submission, including those deemed by Omnicell to violate the Agreement. Omnicell will make good faith efforts to investigate allegations that Submissions violate the Agreement but (a) makes no warranty to you that it will edit, remove, or continue to permit the display of any specific Submission, whether or not subject to such allegations, and (b) will have no liability whatsoever for editing, removing, or continuing to permit the display of any Submission whatsoever.
This site contains user submitted content, comments, and opinions and is for informational purposes only. Omnicell may provide or recommend responses as a possible solution based on the information provided; every potential issue may involve several factors not detailed in the conversations captured in an electronic forum, and Omnicell can therefore provide no guarantee as to the efficacy of any proposed solutions on the community forums. Omnicell disclaims any and all liability for the acts, omissions, and conduct of any third parties in connection with or related to your use of the site. All postings and use of the content on this site are subject to this Agreement.
Be friendly
Users must treat one another with respect. Users will not post any racist, insulting, sexist, discriminatory, threatening or otherwise insulting comments, will not use coarse language, make inappropriate jokes, or otherwise harass other users. This includes Submissions with content that is libelous, defamatory, indecent, harmful, harassing, intimidating, threatening, hateful, objectionable, discriminatory, politically divisive or inflammatory, abusive, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, or offensive in a sexual, racial, cultural, or ethnic context or otherwise illegal. Submissions that are inflammatory or inappropriate must not be submitted and will be edited or removed. Any account responsible for such Submissions may have its access restricted or be banned.
Stay legal
Users may not post any pornographic or otherwise offensive material, share illegal or copyrighted content, attempt to distribute illegal substances, distribute viruses or other material which gives you access to the computers or systems of other users, or generally anything that is considered illegal by your country of residence. No content may be submitted that is intended to promote or commit an illegal act or violate any customer’s terms of use with Omnicell products. Submissions that are illegal, copyrighted, or otherwise encourage, endorse, or perpetuate illegal activity must not be submitted and will be edited or removed.
Stay on topic
Please do not change the subject of a discussion to something not intended by the original poster. Any off-topic posting or “hijacking” of threads will result in content being removed and ultimately can cause users to be denied access to the community. Unless otherwise noted, do not post Submissions about non-technical topics, including discussion of Omnicell policies or procedures or Omnicell’s moderation of the Site.
No commercial use
Users may not use the forum for (commercial) activities such as the advertising or sale of products or services, the sending of commercial messages (spam), the offering of (interactive) games or the advertising of other chat forums or websites.
No sharing of private information / Protected Health Information
Do not share Protected Health Information (PHI). Sharing of PHI will result in deletion and, potentially, suspension or expulsion from the Site.
Please refrain from sharing personal information (telephone numbers, email addresses, etc.) of yourself, other people, or companies.
No multiple accounts
It is not allowed to own multiple accounts on this community. If the Community Team detects double accounts, all secondary accounts will be banned.
Moderator actions
The Community Team reserves the right to change or remove content or to restrict access to individual users, should it be regarded as necessary. It is not allowed to discuss any Moderation actions in public, should you disagree with an action taken then please contact a Moderator or the Community Manager via private message.
User Feedback
If you provide any ideas, suggestions, or recommendations on this site regarding Omnicell’s products, technologies, or services ("Feedback"), Omnicell may use such Feedback and incorporate it in Omnicell products, technologies, and services without paying royalties and without any other obligations or restrictions.
By posting a Submission, you agree to grant Omnicell a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, play, make available to the public, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to the Submission. If you do not want to grant Omnicell the rights set out above, do not send your Submission to the Site.
Omnicell Communication
When you use the Site, you also have the choice to receive certain communications from Omnicell in connection with the Site. Omnicell may respond to your post directly in the Site and, if the preferences you set permit it, Omnicell may attempt to contact you outside the Site via telephone, email, text message, or another method of communication. For example, you may receive reminder emails for posts if you have not visited the Site for a certain period of time, a reminder to respond to answers that have helped you or solved your questions, or a survey on improving the services offered at the Site. Be careful
All users on this community are here to help; however, nobody can be held responsible for any negative consequences resulting out of information derived from this community.
Breach of the Agreement
If you fail to abide by these terms, Omnicell may remove your Submission. Omnicell may also send you an email informing you that your Submission has been deleted or edited. Repeated or inappropriate Submissions or disruptive behavior may result in your account being placed into temporary or permanent suspension, limiting your ability to participate in any or all of the areas on the Site.
Omnicell reserves the right to delete any Submission, or take action against any account, at any time, for any reason.
Privacy
All data processed or shared through the user forum will be subject to the below Gainsight Privacy Policy.
