For Customers contracting with an Omnicell entity in the United States or Canada, unless otherwise expressly amended in the underlying agreement applicable to Customer:

• Applicable to agreements entered into between August 4, 2021 to August 23, 2022
• Applicable to agreements entered into August 24, 2022 to April 2, 2026
• Applicable to agreements entered into April 3, 2026 to present

For Customers contracting with an Omnicell entity outside of the United States or Canada, unless otherwise expressly amended in the underlying agreement applicable to Customer:

• Applicable to agreements entered into June 22, 2023 to present
