Pat Carroll

Pat Carroll joined Omnicell in June 2021. As Vice President, Total Rewards and People Operations, Mr. Carroll sets the vision for Omnicell’s Total Rewards, HR Operations, and HR Technology strategy and leads the design and execution of the company’s global compensation, equity, recognition, benefits, wellness, HR Operations, and HR Technology programs. He brings over 25 years of Total Rewards and People Operations experience, most recently as Senior Vice President, Total Rewards with McKesson, where he oversaw the strategy, design, and implementation for compensation, benefits, retirement programs, and HR mergers and acquisitions for over 60,000 employees. Prior to McKesson, Mr. Carroll held the lead Total Rewards and People Operations role with Western Digital. He also held the lead Total Rewards role at NCR and Celanese Chemical. He holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois and is a Certified Public Accountant.
