Denise Cox joined Omnicell in February 2020 as Chief Customer Officer, North America, bringing over 25 years of high-tech customer experience leadership. Prior to Omnicell, she served as Cisco’s Vice President of the Americas Customer Experience (CX) Centers where she led 3000+ individuals in the delivery of effortless support, architecture, and implementation services. She also spent over a decade at NetApp in a variety customer-facing roles, including Professional Services, Customer Support, and Customer Success during the company’s growth from a $750 million to over $6 billion organization. She has an MS in Information Technology and a BA in Communication.
