Corey Manley

Corey Manley joined Omnicell in April 2021. As Senior Vice President & Chief Legal Officer he sets the vision for Omnicell’s global legal strategy, leads the execution of day-to-day operations of our Legal Department, and manages the company’s legal risk. Mr. Manley has nearly 20 years of experience as a trusted legal and business advisor to industry-leading global technology and healthcare technology companies. Prior to Omnicell, he was Chief Legal Officer, Corporate Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer with a global fintech company. Mr. Manley was also a Partner in the law firms of Kirkland & Ellis and Duane Morris. Before attending law school, he was an engineer at Motorola. Mr. Manley holds a JD from the University of Notre Dame Law School and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
