Course Number OSA-101: OptiFlex System Administrator Training
OptiFlex System Administrator Training is a two-day course designed to provide the designated account representative with the fundamental knowledge of the OptiFlex System and its use in a healthcare environment.
OptiFlex is a comprehensive system for the management of medical-surgical supplies.
Attendees successfully completing the course, with an 80% average score, will receive a certificate recognizing the individual as a Certified OptiFlex System Administrator.
Course Objectives:
- Demonstrate competency and perform tasks required to operate the OptiFlex System
- Manage the OptiFlex System on a daily basis (database management and report analysis)
- Train users of the system on its basic operation
- Satisfactorily complete course exercises and quizzes
Intended Audience:
Individuals designated as the OptiFlex System Administrator
Course Prerequisites:
Timeframe
- Pre-installation: Within 30 days prior to install
- Post-installation: Within 90 days after install

All required course materials will be provided to attendees during the training session
